The value for money at Standing Stones Cottage was outstanding. The room was not only immaculate, but also cozy and spacious, perfect for our family of three. The location was ideal, with beautiful gardens and interesting historic sites nearby. The staff, especially our host Angela, were welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the area.
The breakfast offerings could have been more varied.

The host Angela went above and beyond, picking me up from the train station and even offering to take me back. The cottage was in a STUNNING area with local walks and shops nearby. It had everything I needed, and Angela even asked about my preferences for bread and milk. Can't wait to stay again!

Ideal location with beautiful countryside surroundings. Short drive or bus ride to beach, harbour, and town centre. Historical interest and cliff top walks nearby. Lovely garden with brightly colored flowers. Peaceful sitting area. Immaculately clean, fresh, spacious cottage. Angela provided essential provisions for breakfast. Idyllic setting in a hamlet with easy access to Arbroath. Delightful garden and sun trap conservatory. Angela was a friendly and helpful host. Accommodation had everything needed. Angela's hospitality exceeded expectations.

standing stones cottage was truly a hidden gem. our second stay in arbroath exceeded expectations. the picturesque location, friendly host, and immaculate cottage made our couple of nights unforgettable. the conservatory and beautiful gardens were the perfect spot to relax and recharge. we can't wait to go back!
Kitchen lacked dishwasher.

We found the location of the cottage to be ideal, with its peaceful surroundings and beautiful countryside. It was also conveniently close to the beach and town center, offering a good balance between seclusion and accessibility. the cottage itself was clean, fresh, and spacious, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat for our family.
The kitchen could have benefited from a few more knives.
